The Featured Artists are -
Shane Couch - Master of the sea and historic races by Schooners and J Class. Some truly beautiful pieces with his trademark eye for the original details and perfect tone of colour setting off the exciting and majestic scenes. Water that appears to move and Sails that fill and propel the beautful schooners in their quest to win.
Guido Oakley - the spiritual sculptor. He connects to his work like no other sculptor and is innovative in all he does. Come and see his Formula 1 piece of Ayrton Senna's racing helmet with the racetrack lit up inside it... and Horse Power which is a sculpture made to celebrate the double win in  2017 of the Monaco GP where Ferrari won. It was the team’s first one-two since Hockenheim in 2010  and more..
Fiona Moatt NAPA - Mistress of the waves and sparkle of sunlight on water. Recreating moments of sheer bliss you want to walk right into her paintings and bask in the light, watch the sky change, dip your toes in the water or let crashing waves cast their spray into the air all around you.
Andrew Hird - New talent for Seaview Art Gallery specialising in Seaview/IOW scenes as well as London and Venice. His impressionist style with painterly brush stroke adds subtle texture and tone and his talent for capturing a scene en plein air means you get a strong impression of that moment forever caught, to be treasured and gazed at. Loosing yourself in that place in time, when ever you gaze at his work.
Suzanne Whitmarsh NAPA - Innovative stripey art. Gorgeous colour palettes and absolutely brilliant to work with regarding commissions Sue has a unique view on the Island. She pares down the detail but keeps the emotional connection to the places you know and love.
Sue Stitt - Digital artist supremo...we are launching her new print of the 'Seaview Regatta' which will be there, at the Gallery, to view and, if you wish, order on the night. This print will be available from then onwards from the Seaview Art Gallery - seaviewart.co.uk - 01983 810480
Come in, raise a glass and meet the artists Saturday night 17th Aug 6 - 8 pm at Seaview Art Gallery.
